- 2 years or more of working experience in the field of drama or Drama in Education;
- Bachelor degree or above in drama or a Drama in Education major;
- Respect for children, willing to engage in children-centred arts education;
- Experience in working with children aged 3-8 y.o.;
- Teachers living in Beijing are preferred;
- Provide Insurance and working Visas;

Course Consultant
Job Requirements:
- More than 3 years recruiting experience in Kindergarden or educational institutions;
- A love for the field of education, with strong market acuity and team management experience;
- College degree or above, major in preschool education, education, psychology, marketing;
- Familiar with families with 3-8 y.o. children, willing to help children and families develop;
- Standardized level of Mandarin, an affinity for and keen to communicate with people;
- Experience in recruitment or working with parents a priority!

- Setup Membership files, complete information, provide customer service for family Members;
- Responsibility for filing member contracts;
- Responsibility for Member course arrangement, customer relations maintenance, membership activities notification;
- Accept Member consultation, advice and complaints, solve customer problems, maintain good customer relationships;
- Follow up Membership service, implement and manage improvement plans, improve Member satisfaction;
